1. About Our Services

CASYST is a business services firm helping startups and companies across India with incorporation, GST, trademark, income tax, MCA, and ongoing compliance services. We act as a facilitator between you and the relevant government departments, portals, and professionals (such as practicing CAs and CS) needed to complete your engagement. We do not guarantee approval, registration, or outcomes from any government authority, as these decisions rest solely with that authority.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access to our systems, or interfering with its normal operation. The content on our website - text, graphics, logos, and design - is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reproduced without our written consent.

3. Engagement and Government Fees

When you engage us for a service, we will share a clear scope of work and a quoted fee for our professional services. Government or statutory fees (such as MCA, GST, or trademark filing fees) are charged separately, at actuals, as quoted at the time of engagement, and are subject to change if the relevant authority revises its fee structure.

4. Your Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and genuine documents and information
• Respond to our requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the legal right to use any name, logo, or content submitted to us for filing
• Comply with applicable Indian laws relating to your business and the service engaged

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you, or by processing timelines at government departments, are outside our control.

5. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Fees are payable as per the schedule agreed at the time of engagement. Once we have begun work on your engagement or submitted an application or payment on your behalf to a government portal, that portion of the service fee is non-refundable. If you cancel before we begin work, we will refund any amount paid, less any government fees already remitted on your behalf. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time.

6. Intellectual Property

Any templates, checklists, or guidance material we share with you as part of an engagement are for your use in connection with that engagement only. All trademarks, business names, and content you submit to us for filing remain your property, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use them.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not warrant that any registration, approval, or filing will be granted, or that it will be free of processing delays caused by government authorities. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the professional fees you paid us for that specific engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

We may decline or discontinue an engagement if you provide false information, fail to make agreed payments, or use our services for an unlawful purpose. You may discontinue an engagement at any time, subject to the cancellation terms in Section 5.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date, and continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
