Trademark Registration
Trademark Registration made easy with CASYST expert assistance.
A registered trademark gives you exclusive legal rights over your brand name, logo or tagline and stops others from using something confusingly similar. It is one of the most valuable assets a growing business can protect. CASYST handles your search, filing and follow-up through to registration.
What is Trademark Registration?
A trademark is a name, logo, symbol, tagline or combination that distinguishes your goods or services from others. In India, trademarks are registered with the Trade Marks Registry under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, in one or more of the 45 classes of goods and services.
You can use the TM symbol once you apply. Once the mark is registered you can use the registered symbol and take legal action against infringement. Registration is valid for 10 years and can be renewed indefinitely.
