Every company must appoint an auditor and inform the Registrar through Form ADT-1. The filing has a strict deadline, and late filing attracts fees. CASYST prepares the auditor consent, the resolution and the filing.
What is ADT-1 Filing?
Form ADT-1 is the intimation to the Registrar of Companies of the appointment of an auditor. It is filed after the board appoints the first auditor, and after the company appoints an auditor in the annual general meeting.
The company must obtain the auditor's written consent and certificate of eligibility before the appointment.
